Phase Two: One Stop Help Center

Measuring the outcomes and successes of the programs is critical. To evaluate the impact and effectiveness of our services, a number of comprehensive strategies will be employed.  We will track the available resources partners in the building and those in United in Service. We will track clients served by each resource partner.  We will track the donations received by the resource partners (along with a comparison to previous years’ receipts). We will track Thrift Store receipts for Feed My People. We will track students trained by resource partners. We will track individual client situation improvements. We will record and evaluate client surveys and volunteers/staff feedback. We will create focus groups, consisting of former clients of different resource partners, and groups consisting of volunteers/staff and groups made up of members of the community. This information will go to the Co-Op Board for evaluation, and action plans designed to produce optimum results.

It is our belief that if you nurture, mentor, train, empower, and teach accountability you can bring about change. We already have the resources in our community to accomplish this task. Impediment to effective resource services will cease once the website and One Stop Center are in place. If we can all pull together we will together be more effective in our battle against poverty.
